The Mass Effect series is one of my favorite series of all time, but I've noticed only GH,Toao, and I have the games. So Im making this topic to educate everyone on what exactly Mass Effect is, what its about, and if they should buy it. The Mass Effect series gameplay wise is a 3rd Person Shooter with RPG elements. You play as Commander Shepard who is trying to save the galaxy from evil sentient machines known as the reapers. The game doesn't MAKE you do anything though. There are TONS of side quests so you can just move at you own pace. You can save entire species or leave them to die. The consequences are HUGE. You can customize your character and choose what he or she says, make then a great helper or a jerk. Each playthrough of every game in the series gives AT LEAST 20-30 hours of gameplay depending on your play style. And with all of the aforementioned choices, the replayibility is huge. Mass Effect 3 even has 4 player co op so you can save the universe with your friends. Right now Mass Effect 2 averages for about 20$ new and Mass Effect 3
for about 40 dollars new depending where you buy it. I HIGHLY recommend BOTH of these games to ANYONE. These are both HIGH quality games that I think almost ANYONE could enjoy.
